About Chris
Chris Martin Roofing is owned and operated by me, Chris. I have a small team of roofers who are time-served and work to the high standards I have established for my business.
I originally studied bricklaying at Lancaster and Morecambe College, proceeding from there to an Apprenticeship in roofing through Bolton College, where I worked with a local roofing firm. I attended Bolton college for two years before I became fully qualified.
After that, I gained a wide range of experience working for a number of roofing companies, including site work on new build houses, working for the local council doing roof repairs, and for a local firm doing domestic property roofs.
In 2021, I decided that the time was right to start my own business, and have never looked back since. We now work with a number of local building contractors and have a wide customer base and network in the local area.

We had a leaking bay roof in our home for a number of years that nobody could figure out. We’d had a number of roofers who had looked and either couldn’t identify the problem or promised to come back and never did. Chris was great. He gave us some options he could do to troubleshoot the issue and gave us a really reasonable quote. Chris kept in regular touch about when he would be able to get the work done and has even followed up to check if the leak is fixed (it is!). Can’t recommend Chris enough.
